Charles Weiss has been teaching graphic communications for more than 25 years. He started teaching as a doctoral student at Virginia Tech, then taught at Western Illinois University and has now been teaching at Clemson University for the past 12 years. He loves the benefits of hands-on teaching and loves the moment when a lightbulb goes off above a student's head. His focus is on contemporary issues, sustainability, screen printing, photography, and alternative printing formats like letterpress.
