Clarence Penge serves as the President of Heidelberg USA, bringing over three decades of experience in the print and packaging industry. He began his career at Heidelberg as a demonstrator, gaining hands-on experience with the technology and developing a deep understanding of customers’ needs from day one. Over the course of his 31-year career with Heidelberg North America, Clarence has played a pivotal role in driving innovation, customer success, and strategic growth across the organization.

Before being appointed President in April 2025, Clarence held several key leadership roles, including Executive Vice President of Sales, Marketing & Product Management, and Head of Product Management. His expertise in sheetfed product technology, combined with a strong understanding of what customers truly need, has helped shape customer-focused solutions and keep Heidelberg closely connected to the needs of the industry.

Earlier in his career, Clarence served as Vice President of Sheetfed Product Management and Director of Demo Room Operations, where he led customer engagement efforts and showcased Heidelberg’s technical capabilities. Based in Kennesaw, Georgia, Clarence is widely recognized for his leadership, technical knowledge, and long-standing dedication to the printing industry.
