Mike Vares serves as the Director of Development for the Print & Graphic Communications Association (PGCA), supporting professionals and businesses across New York, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C. With over 15 years of hands-on experience in the print industry—beginning in graphic design and spanning nearly every facet—Mike brings a deep, practical understanding to his role.

In addition to his role with PGCA, Mike is the Director of Print[ED], a nationally recognized accreditation program for high schools and junior colleges that offer graphic communication. Passionate about workforce development, Mike is dedicated to preparing the next generation of industry professionals through education, advocacy, and outreach.
